How does the commission work?

Each month, we send a draft invoice listing all confirmed bookings, and partners have 10 days to report any corrections. Mid-month, we issue the final invoice, and the commission is settled by the end of the month via SEPA direct debit or, for non-EU countries, through our local banking partners.

How do you manage no-shows?

We proactively reduce no-shows by encouraging guests to cancel in advance if they no longer intend to use their booking. Our measures consistently keep the no-show rate below 2%. In the rare case of a no-show, no commission is charged.

We handle the entire onboarding process for you. You’ll receive credentials to access our user-friendly Extranet, and if applicable, we’ll assist you with connecting your channel manager. A dedicated Account Manager will also be assigned to support your property at every step.
