Question 1

Are check-in and check-out times flexible?

Accepted Answer

The times you see online are those guaranteed to offer you the best day use rate. If you have special requirements, you can contact our support to receive quick and immediate assistance: we will do our best to arrange a time change based on the property's availability.

Question 2

How many people can access the room for day use?

Accepted Answer

The rate refers to the room and not per person (unless otherwise specified), but it is essential to respect the maximum capacity indicated. If you have specific needs, please contact our support.

Question 3

Can minors stay in the hotel during the day?

Accepted Answer

Minors can access the property accompanied by their parents or with a valid authorization from them. At check-in, both parents and minors must have a valid identity document in its original format. In any case, the presence of minors must be indicated during the booking process in the notes, specifying the age of the minor(s).

Question 4

Is the price indicated per person or for the entire room?

Accepted Answer

The price you see is the total cost for the use of the room and the services included for the entire chosen time slot. There are no hidden per person costs: the rate remains the same whether you are alone or in a couple.

Question 5

Do I need to call the hotel to confirm the reservation?

Accepted Answer

No, it is not necessary. Once the online procedure is completed, your reservation is confirmed instantly. You will receive a summary email to show at check-in (even from your smartphone). We will take care of sending all the details to the property.

Question 6

Can I decide to stay for the night as well?

Accepted Answer

If during your day break you decide to stay to sleep, just ask at the reception. The hotel staff will check the availability of rooms for overnight stays and inform you of the price difference compared to the daytime rate already paid or booked.

Question 7

What happens if I enter my credit card and the reservation is not confirmed?

Accepted Answer

Don't worry: if the card is only required as a guarantee, no amount will be charged. In the case of prepaid packages, if the hotel cannot confirm availability, you will receive a full and immediate refund on the same card used.
